Do you offer international shipping for heavy equipment?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, heavy items like standing bags or filled heavy bags may incur additional freight charges. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and total weight.
What is your return policy for protective gear?
For hygiene reasons, items like mouthguards and groin protectors cannot be returned once opened. Other gear like gloves and shinguards can be returned within 30 days if they are in original, unused condition with tags.
How should I clean and maintain my leather boxing gloves?
Wipe them down after every session with a damp cloth and use specialized glove deodorizers. Never leave them in your gym bag overnight, and avoid direct sunlight or heaters which can crack the leather.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All our professional-grade equipment comes with a 90-day manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear from high-impact training.
